What are some healthy, low sodium, canned soups? - low sodium soup

I want a healthy soup. (ie low fat, low sodium, vegetable and protein), but the things that I think it is high in fat and vegetable protein and low in sodium. I would like a soup very low in sodium is retained, so that I can do at any time. Is there like canned soups. If so, how and where I can find them.
