What BMI (for a 14 year old)? would be considered.............? - average bmi in the uk
half thin, thin, thick, and (for a girl of 14 years)? I know that less than 18.5 is underweight, 18.5 is normal and over 25 are overweight, underweight, but the words "and" normal "are nothing more than vague. Do Underweight" is worn out, or just below average (or smaller than the United Kingdom 12)? Please help me, because I am confused!
PS: What do you think? I have a BMI of 18.8, from 25''34''de the waist and hips.

Ok, develop your BMI, visit this site:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/healthy_livi ...
Go to this site to see what you need:
http://www.dietandfitnessresources.co.uk ...
To meet a girl of 14 has to be between 18 and 29ish, you say, but I try 18 to 25 ....
Ok, are children under the age of 18 classified as "inadequate." That is less than average, and if I have a BMI of 16.6, therefore requested to weight gain. A BMI below 15 are in anorexia, it should give you an idea of how to define the "weight" ....
Between 18 and 36 are classified as healthy. More than 25 were classified as overweight and above 30 is classified as obcese .....
A BMI of 18.8 indictates you are in the bottom row of weight to lose and no more .... but it sounds as good as you!
Does that help at all?
