How can I have less space between my hyperlinks on top of a webpage and the head? - index of private .jpg

This support is unbelievable.
How can less space between the links at the top of a web page and the title of the section of large and less space between the title of the section and early photographs. I have included some of the HTML. I try to write my own HTML code and want to continue to do so. But I have no instructions, and on this occasion found. What comes after that is a table of images with links in each cell. It's working fine now, thank you.

As shown, the previous answer, it requires the use of Cascade Style Sheets (CSS). 3wschools.com is a good starting point for the tutorials as an introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Remember to take a copy of the Web Design in a Nutshell by Jennifer Niederste. It is published by O'Reilly and has a good job for the concepts of Web design. If I noticed a bug in the HTML code will be displayed with the question. The assignment of attributes such as \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt b> \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; u> be in reverse order from which they were disabled as enabled. If you \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt b> \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; u>, then turn it with \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; / u> \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt; / b>. Some browsers can accept mistakes, but others have a cow.
