I have an external hard drive full of MP3's equipped with a USB port and I can not connect to my laptop with stereo mini-jack equipped auxiliary. How can this be done? It can be done?

You need to go through a computer, if you need some HI-tech boombox, where it connect directly to A. I can not connect to doubt it.
You need to read these files from your computer, then take the cable mini-plug speakers for your computer to the line of the boombox.
